Shotokan Karate

You learn new defence skills, so if you get into a fight then you would know what to do. I have been doing Karate for three years, I am on 2nd Kyu; which ia brown one stripe and will be going for my brown two stripe soon. it is a really good way to keep fit.

You would turn up in your P.E type clothes which we do it in bare feet so you would not need any trainers. You go for try outs to see if you like the sport or not, before you commit to doing it.
