Isle of Wight Residential

15 young people from Wokingham attended a 5 day activity residential on the Isle of Wight. Not only did they get to participate in a number of fun activities including the giant swing, trapeze, ladder logic and the matrix but they also had the opportunity to participate in workshops looking at disability and inclusion. Throughout the 5 days the young people were confined to wheelchairs where they had to complete everyday tasks. At the end of the residential the young people had made new friends, gained new experiences and developed their empathy in relation to others and the difficulties that they face! It was a great week and fun was had by all!
