Juice is  for young people’s health and advice services for 11 – 19 year olds living in Wokingham,West Berkshire and Reading (the NHS Berkshire West ‘patch’).

What is a Juice Point?

Juice Points are the newly commissioned NHS drop-in clinics which offer a range of health services for young people including advice on:

  • Nutrition, healthy eating and exercise
  • Smoking, drinking and substance misuse
  • Relationship and sexual health
  • Contraceptives
  • Dealing with stress, bullying and harassment.

Juice offers free, confidential health advice and support from qualified nurses and youth workers to anyone under 19. Find out more about safe sex, friendships, smoking, drugs, body image, stress, alcohol, bullying, and relationships.

You’ll find lots of information and advice about your body, your life and your health on this website. If you want to talk about anything that’s worrying you, or find out more about something to do with your health and well-being, you can visit a Juice Point and speak to a qualified nurse or youth worker in person.
