About Us

Active youth is a website for young people in Wokingham by young people in Wokingham.

This site was designed by Ben, David and Andy and launched in March 2010 replacing a previous purple activeyouth site (also designed by Ben and Andy).

Young people in Wokingham can contribute to the site by writing their own news stories – ‘write a review’  or if you want to get involved with the technical side of things – let us know, as we are looking to add to the team!

Active youth is your gateway to all the latest information Wokingham’s Youth Service has to offer. The site details where you can go, what you can do and a bunch of informative links to help meet all your social / educational needs.

The Youth Service is no longer just a turn up and play venue, check out all the other exciting things happening in your local area.
